Army Reserve Tuition Assistance Information

In order to be eligible for Army Reserve Tuition Assistance you must be an Army Reserve Soldier on active duty and must be deployed under title 10. The amount of TA coverage and what is covered mirrors that of the Active Duty Army Tuition Assistance Program.

An Army Reserve Soldier applies for tuition assistance using the WEBS (Web-Enabled Education Benefits System) at https://rcms.ocar.army.pentagon.mil/education/. The Web-Enabled Education Benefits System (WEBS), the single source for Army Reserve Tuition Assistance (TA) applications, pulls information from numerous external sites. Login to WEBS using your AKO username and password.

Grantham Military Family Scholarship Program
Children and spouses of active duty, guard, reserve personnel and veterans (honorably or medically discharged) may be eligible for the Grantham Military Family Scholarship Program. Eligibility must be determined upon re-enrollment each semester

CSM Baldassari Scholarship Memorial Scholarship
The legal children of New Jersey National Guard Members who are also members of the Enlisted Association may submit applications for consideration. Previous recipients are not eligible for subsequent awards. Also, any drilling guardsperson who is a member of this association may submit an application for the CSM Baldassari Scholarship.

Marine Corps Sgt Jeannette L. Winters Memorial Scholarship
U.S. Marine Corps candidates must be majoring in the following or related fileds of electrical, chemical, systems or aerospace engineering; electronics; mathematics; physics; science or mathematics education; technology management; management information systems; or computer science. Majors directly related to the support of U.S. Intelligence enterprises or national security with relevance to the mission of AFCEA will also be eligible. Minimum GPA requirement is 3.0 on 4.0 scale
