The U.S. Marine Corps Reserve does not have a tuition assistance program currently in place to cover reservists which are not activated under title 10.  If you are a U.S. Marine Corps Reservist activated under title 10, then you qualify for the Active Duty Marine Corps Tuition Assistance Program.
