Free Tuition for Children of South Dakota Veterans Who Die During Service

About: The child of a Veteran who suffered death, for any cause, while on active duty may be eligible for free tuition at a state supported school or any postsecondary technical institute. The deceased Veteran must have been a bona-fide resident of South Dakota for at least six months immediately preceding entry into active service.
 
Eligibility: The child must be under the age of twenty-five and a resident of South Dakota. (SDCL) 13-55-6 to 13-55-9
