About: Tuition assistance to those Veterans who need a new vocation due to dislocation or unemployment. See the WV Army National Guard page for more information on the WV Veterans Re-education Act Fund and other Education Scholarships and Grants
 
Eligibility: Must be and honorably discharged Veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces that has served at least 181 consecutive days of military service, is a WV resident, and is Federal Pell Grant eligible or unemployed. Veteran must have exhausted the G.I. Bill and be in need of tuition assistance.
