Minnesota National Guard Tuition and Textbook Reimbursement: A portion of tuition and textbooks is reimbursed directly to the soldier upon satisfactory completion of the coursework. Receive up to 80% of the tuition and textbook cost at any VA approved school. Maximum benefit is 80% of the per credit rate at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities Campus.· University of Minnesota = $50.00/75.00 per quarter/semester credit · State Universities = $34.00/51.00 per quarter/semester credit · Community Colleges = $28.00/42.00 per quarter/semester credit· Technical Colleges = $ 28.00/42.00 per quarter/semester credit · Schools reporting in clock hours = $1.35 per clock hour.

Eligibility: Minnesota National Guard members (O-3 and below).

Grantham Military Family Scholarship Program
Children and spouses of active duty, guard, reserve personnel and veterans (honorably or medically discharged) may be eligible for the Grantham Military Family Scholarship Program. Eligibility must be determined upon re-enrollment each semester

CSM Baldassari Scholarship Memorial Scholarship
The legal children of New Jersey National Guard Members who are also members of the Enlisted Association may submit applications for consideration. Previous recipients are not eligible for subsequent awards. Also, any drilling guardsperson who is a member of this association may submit an application for the CSM Baldassari Scholarship.

Marine Corps Sgt Jeannette L. Winters Memorial Scholarship
U.S. Marine Corps candidates must be majoring in the following or related fileds of electrical, chemical, systems or aerospace engineering; electronics; mathematics; physics; science or mathematics education; technology management; management information systems; or computer science. Majors directly related to the support of U.S. Intelligence enterprises or national security with relevance to the mission of AFCEA will also be eligible. Minimum GPA requirement is 3.0 on 4.0 scale
