New York Recruitment Incentive and Retention Program

New York Recruitment Incentive and Retention Program: The Recruitment Incentive and Retention Program pays the cost of tuition for credit bearing courses only. Minimum enrollment for part-time is at least six, but less than twelve, credit hours per semester or at least four, but less than eight, semester hours per quarter at an institution. Members may receive no more than eight semesters of full-time study, four academic years, or ten semesters if the program requires five years to complete. Members may not receive more than sixteen semesters of part-time study. Funds are limited and applications should be submitted quickly.

Eligibility: National Guard service member upon his or her enrollment in a degree-producing curriculum in any institution..

Grantham Military Family Scholarship Program
Children and spouses of active duty, guard, reserve personnel and veterans (honorably or medically discharged) may be eligible for the Grantham Military Family Scholarship Program. Eligibility must be determined upon re-enrollment each semester

CSM Baldassari Scholarship Memorial Scholarship
The legal children of New Jersey National Guard Members who are also members of the Enlisted Association may submit applications for consideration. Previous recipients are not eligible for subsequent awards. Also, any drilling guardsperson who is a member of this association may submit an application for the CSM Baldassari Scholarship.

Marine Corps Sgt Jeannette L. Winters Memorial Scholarship
U.S. Marine Corps candidates must be majoring in the following or related fileds of electrical, chemical, systems or aerospace engineering; electronics; mathematics; physics; science or mathematics education; technology management; management information systems; or computer science. Majors directly related to the support of U.S. Intelligence enterprises or national security with relevance to the mission of AFCEA will also be eligible. Minimum GPA requirement is 3.0 on 4.0 scale
